Alex Brickhaus

Alex Brickhaus is a seasoned professional in client success management with a strong background in enterprise account management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager for Alloy since March 2023, Alex manages a portfolio of strategic client accounts for the leading Identity Risk Management platform. Prior experience includes roles at Plaid from August 2021 to February 2023 and Flexport from July 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of a $5 million book of Global Key Account clients and cross-functional collaboration with product teams.
