Sanchit Saraf

Sanchit Saraf has had a diverse range of work experiences in the finance industry. Sanchit started their career at Optiver as an equity options trader, where they gained experience in market making and pricing derivative products. After leaving Optiver, they co-founded and served as a director at Blue Villa Trade and Auctions Private Limited for three years. Following that, they worked as a trader at Maven Securities before joining Citadel Securities as a trader. Currently, Sanchit holds the position of Vice President of Quantitative Trading and Research at AlphaGrep Securities. Sanchit also briefly pursued a PhD at the University of Amsterdam but did not complete it.

Sanchit Saraf pursued their M.Sc. (Integrated) degree in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from 2005 to 2010 at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur.
