Rosa Ellithorpe

Rosa Ellithorpe is Amii’s Director of Academic Relations, where she is responsible for building strong relationships with Amii’s academic partners, identifying and implementing new opportunities for collaboration with Amii’s partner institutions, and being a key point of contact for Amii’s growing group of Fellows.

Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for effectively navigating complex challenges. With over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement, government relations, and strategic communications, she has advised senior leaders and politicians across the country.

Prior to joining Amii, Rosa served in leadership roles in public affairs consulting, Alberta and B.C. governments, as well as in the post-secondary sector where she held positions such as Director of Caucus, Director of Research & Communications, and Director of Project Management.

Rosa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Calgary and has completed professional development courses in project management, marketing, and EDI training.
