Wouter Zwerink has a diverse work experience in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Wouter is currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Artera. Prior to this, they worked at Amsterdam UMC as a Master Thesis Student, focusing on DCE-MRI parameter estimation without reconstruction using deep learning. In this role, they gained expertise in Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI and deep learning. Wouter also has experience as a Programmer at Dutch Nao Team, where they worked on computer vision challenges related to programming the NAO robot for autonomous soccer playing. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Universiteit van Amsterdam for various courses in the bachelor Kunstmatige Intelligentie (Artificial Intelligence), including computer vision, data structures, linear algebra, and introduction to programming.
Wouter Zwerink started their education journey in 2010 at Goois Lyceum Bussum, where they pursued their VWO degree. Following that, from 2016 to 2019, they attended the University of Amsterdam and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Kunstmatige Intelligentie (Artificial Intelligence). Wouter then continued their academic pursuits at the University of Amsterdam and received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Artificial Intelligence from 2020 to 2022. In terms of additional certifications, Wouter obtained a Cambridge English Level 3 (C2) Certificate in ESOL International (Proficiency) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in October 2016.
