Tchi Southivong

Tchi Southivong has been with ATEME since October 2001, progressing from Software Engineer to R&D Project Manager, and currently serving as Research Manager, where responsibilities include leading the Research Team in developing innovative technologies and securing intellectual property through effective patenting policies. In previous roles, Tchi Southivong designed and led video processing algorithm development, specifically for MPEG-2/4 and H.264 codecs, optimized DSP video codecs, and developed test software for electronic boards. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Software Developer at Montparnasse Multimedia, contributing to the development of a game script engine. Tchi Southivong holds a degree from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, earned between 1998 and 2001.
