Adriana Hincapié Hernández

Adriana Hincapié Hernández started their work experience in 2007 as a Consultant in Labor Services at PwC Colombia. Adriana then worked as a Lawyer for Labor Relations and Human Talent at Alpina from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they joined Brigard Urrutia as an Associate from 2010 to 2011. Adriana returned to PwC Colombia in 2011 as a Labor and Immigration Manager until 2014 when they were promoted to Senior Manager. In 2016, they became a Director at PwC Colombia, a position they held until 2021. Additionally, they recently joined Atlas in 2022 as the Senior Manager of Employment Law and Compliance in HR for LATAM.

Adriana Hincapié Hernández earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University in 2022. In 2006, they obtained an Especialista degree in Derecho laboral (employment law) from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2002, they completed a Grado en Derecho (Law, JD) from the same university.
