Niamh O'Leary has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Beacon CRM since July 2021, having previously held roles as Customer Success Manager and Junior Customer Success Manager within the same organization. Prior to Beacon CRM, Niamh O'Leary was a student at UCL from September 2019 to July 2021, earning a Master's degree in Legal and Political Theory. Niamh O'Leary completed a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the University of Birmingham from 2015 to 2018.
