Jacob Peraza

Jacob Peraza is currently the Head Distiller and Brewer at BENDT Distilling Co. Previously, he worked as a Cellarman at Witherspoon Distillery in Lewisville, Texas. Before that, he was an Assistant Manager at What's On Tap and a Supervisor at Jump City. He also has experience as a Caregiver Attendant at Helping Restore Ability. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Journeyman Brewer Certification from Eastfield College, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) from Brookhaven Community College.
