Lynn Schlink

Lynn Schlink has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding various roles at ASML since November 2017, including Chief of Staff for IT R&D, HR Business Partner IT, and Team Lead Management Support Organization. Additionally, Lynn serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Bibliotheek Helmond-Peel since September 2022. Prior experience includes a position as HR Advisor at Witlox Van den Boomen from November 2014 to October 2017, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, organizational change, and project management. Lynn's earlier roles include internships at Philips IT and Gemeente Tilburg, along with positions as Payroll Administrator and Trainee. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
