Real Pelletier

Real Pelletier has an extensive career in management within the construction and equipment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Cambrian Excavators Ltd. since May 2023, Real also holds the position of General Manager at Terracon Development Ltd. since September 2019. Prior experience includes General Manager roles at Glacial Aggregates Inc. and Bird's Hill Gravel & Stone. Real has also managed operations at CPB Equipment and served as Transportation and Logistics Manager at the Council of the Federation Secretariat for a contract period. Earlier in the career, Real was Supervisor of Equipment Acquisitions for the City of Winnipeg and held a managerial role at CN from 1996 to 2005. Educational background includes studies at The University of Winnipeg and Cégep de Sherbrooke.
