He works closely with the Chambliss executive committee and president on the firm's long-term strategy, acting with compassion for the employees and an innovative approach to firm affairs. He plays an integral role in collaborating with firm leaders, practice groups, and associates while keeping an open mind. Tony is constantly finding new ways to capitalize on the firm's talents and interests to ensure clients receive the highest quality legal services as needs evolve.

With competition fiercer than ever, Tony has worked with firm leaders to make significant strides in technology, cybersecurity, personnel development, and firm efficiencies. Under Tony's leadership, the firm transformed its entire IT infrastructure, resulting in increased profitability, greater accessibility, top of the line security, and better onsite training. Tony is an advocate for developing the firm's next generation of leaders. He has placed greater emphasis on associate and employee development, which has led to increased productivity and boosted morale.

He has also been a major supporter of the firm's marketing and business development initiatives, which have seen numerous years of top-line growth. Prior to joining Chambliss, Tony led midsized private and equity-backed manufacturing and media companies. He managed mergers, acquisitions, and Chapter 11 proceedings, and has advised companies in declining or evolving industries.
