Vidisha Agarwalla

Vidisha Agarwalla is a Senior Designer at Civilla since September 2022, focusing on enhancing Michigan’s child welfare technology for better outcomes. Previously, Vidisha served as a Designer/Researcher at MICA Center for Social Design, where collaboration with healthcare professionals aimed to integrate design thinking in public health initiatives. Experience also includes roles at the City of Baltimore as a Service Design Fellow, working on the city’s permitting process, and at Johns Hopkins University as a Social Design Fellow, facilitating a virtual Policy Forum for public sector practitioners. Early career positions include a Product Designer role at Bempu Health Pvt. Ltd., contributing to maternal and child health solutions, and design internships at Tata Elxsi, Foley Designs, and VJ Media Works Pvt. Ltd. Vidisha holds a Master of Arts in Social Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.
