Chris Black

Chris Black is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and team management. Currently serving as the Front-End Development Manager at Clarity Ventures, Inc. since September 2018, Chris supervises Front-End Developers and Agile teams, collaborates with clients during the discovery process, and devises technical solutions to meet business requirements. Previously, as a Software Engineer Team Lead, Chris coordinated with Project Managers to plan sprints and developed custom features tailored to client needs. Prior to this, Chris worked as the Assistant National Sales Manager at GT Distributors from April 2012 to September 2018, where success was achieved by leading a high-performing sales team and effectively managing cost evaluations and profit targets. Chris earned a Certificate in Full Stack Development from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
