Anquilla Henderson

Anquilla Henderson is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Clayton County Water Authority. Anquilla has also served in Human Resources roles for the City of South Fulton Georgia and Fulton County Government. In their role as a Human Resources Consultant III for Fulton County, they were a key member of the team that implemented shared services for the county. Anquilla is known for their ability to identify process improvements and provide insight and planning for balanced scorecard creation. Anquilla has a deep understanding of employment, classification, compensation, labor, and employee relations matters.

Anquilla Henderson has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University. Anquilla also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Administraton & Development from Mercer University. Anquilla is certified as a workplace mediator and trainer in conflict resolution from Eckerd College and as a registered mediator from Georgia Superior Courts (CSCJ). Anquilla also has certification from IPMA-HR in IPMA-SCP.

Anquilla Henderson reports to H. Bernard Franks, General Manager. They work with Rodney Perkins - Customer Accounts Director, Kevin Osbey - Stormwater Utility Director, and Allison Halron - Finance Director.
