Ravi Sharma has a long history of work experience in the technology field. Ravi began their career in 1977 as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at Lehigh University. Ravi then moved to Bendix Corporation, where they held the roles of Project Leader, Member of Technical Staff, and Senior Engineer from 1979 to 1984. After that, they joined Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector, where they served as Manager of Packaging Technology - Europe, SmartMOS Multi-Chip Packaging, Chemical Sensor Assembly, and Process & Interconnect Technologies, as well as Principal Staff Scientist from 1984 to 1999. Ravi then moved to ON Semiconductor, where they were Manager of Integrated Passive Technology Development and Strategic Packaging from 1999 to 2001. Ravi then joined Crocus Technology in 2013 as Director of Program Management, IBM. Ravi stayed in this role until 2015, when they were promoted to Director of Program Management, Gen3 Technology Transfer.
Ravi Sharma holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
