Ioanna Koulouri

Ioanna Koulouri is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, contracts, and energy law. Since September 2009, Ioanna has served as Senior Compliance Manager and DPO, as well as Legal Counsel at DESFA SA – Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator. Currently, Ioanna is a member of the Social Security Council and previously held the position of Senior Legal Advisor for the Ministers of Environment and Energy and Labour and Social Affairs. Other roles include membership on the Board of the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority, Head of Legal Team for the Minister of Development and Infrastructure, and Legal Advisor for the Minister of Transport and Communications. Ioanna's early career included positions at the European Parliament and various law firms. Educational qualifications include an LLM from the University of Strasbourg and an LLB from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
