Phil Gray

Phil Gray is an experienced professional in client success and account management, currently serving as a Client Success Specialist at Empathia, Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Phil held the position of Director of Account Management at New Directions Behavioral Health for 22 years, from August 1999 to August 2021. Prior to that, Phil worked as a Counselor at both Baptist Medical Center and Minirth Meier New Life, from March 1997 to August 1999 and from August 1992 to March 1997, respectively. Phil holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Judson University.
