Vince Vincent is the Vice President of Talent at Ernest Packaging Solutions. Vince has over 10 years of experience in the architectural and packaging industries.

Vincent started their career in 2008 as a Regional Account Manager at Oceanside Glasstile. Vince was with the company for six years before moving to Voguebay in 2014, where they served as National Architectural Representative for two years. In 2016, Vincent joined Ernest Packaging Solutions as VP of Talent.
