Jaimie Falzarano is a seasoned leadership development coach and consultant with extensive experience in higher education and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Coach & Facilitator at Falzarano & Associates, LLC and an Affiliate at Executive Coaching Connections, LLC, Jaimie also holds the position of Managing Director for LeaderCORE at the University at Buffalo School of Management. With a robust background that includes various roles at the University at Buffalo—such as Director of Special Programs and Senior Associate Director of Graduate Programs—Jaimie has a proven track record in enhancing student services and leadership development initiatives. Previously, Jaimie was instrumental in recruitment and admissions at Canisius College and has contributed to marketing and community relations initiatives in the sports industry.
