Dana Kilpatrick

Dana Kilpatrick currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the Georgia Department of Human Services, a role held since September 2021. Prior to this, Dana was the Director of Human Resources at the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice from January 2019 to July 2022, overseeing HR professionals and advising leadership on organizational issues. Dana also held various roles at the Georgia Department of Transportation from September 2001 to January 2019, including Deputy Human Resources Director, where responsibilities encompassed operations, talent acquisition, and HR customer service, as well as Human Resources Manager, focusing on recruiting and campus partnerships for engineering talent. Dana earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
