Madeline Friend

Madeline Friend, MS, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support engineering, geomorphology, and education. Currently serving as Team Lead in Technical Support Engineering at Gladly since September 2021, Madeline has contributed to improving documentation and producing user-focused content. Previous roles include Fluvial Geomorphologist at Anchor QEA, where assessments on salmon habitats were performed, and positions at Distributor Data Solutions that encompassed customer operations and data engineering.
