Keith Piccard

Keith Piccard has extensive experience in education, primarily as a Science Teacher at Allendale Public Schools since August 2002, where responsibility includes planning and teaching science units, as well as collaborating with colleagues to enhance lesson preparation. In addition, Keith serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor of Biology at Grand Valley State University, focusing on courses such as General Biology and employing inquiry-based teaching methods. Experience also includes working as a Researcher and Curriculum Reviewer for the University of Michigan Sea Grants Department, contributing to innovative teaching methodologies, and participating as a Teacher Consultant for the National Writing Project. Previous teaching experience includes a role at Ottawa Area ISD, where 7th and 8th graders developed solutions to real-world challenges. Keith holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Grand Valley State University.
