Kalina O'Donnell

Kalina O'Donnell is the Owner and Head Consultant at HRSKOPE LLC since January 2020, with a previous role as HR Manager at ForceBrands from August 2014 to January 2020, where expertise was applied in recruiting for the consumer product industry. Kalina also contributed to Force Brands as a Client Concierge & Operational Design Guru from March 2012 to 2014 and began a career in human resources and operations as an intern at Powers Family. Early experiences include a Head Counselor role at William H. Pouch Day Camp and a Cast Member position at The Disney Store. Kalina holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John's University.
