Neil Honeywell has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Neil is currently working at Huhtamaki as the Head of World Class Operations for Fiber Foodservice in the EAO region. Prior to that, they were the Head of Quality & Compliance at the same company. Neil also worked as a Food Operations Consultant at International Foods Advisory, where they provided strategic support in food processing environments and established food safety systems. Before that, they held various roles at Princes Limited, including Technical Director and Group Technical Controller, responsible for managing brands and ensuring a world-class quality management system. Neil's earlier experience includes roles at Oxbridge Foods, Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd, Dalepak, Vale of Mowbray, Keystone Foods, and Marks and Spencer, where they gained expertise in areas such as product management, quality assurance, and production supervision.
Neil Honeywell attended Laurence Jackson School in Guisborough from 1978 to 1983. After completing high school, they went to Prior Pursglove VI form from 1983 to 1985, where they completed their A levels in sciences. Neil then enrolled in Humberside Polytechnic from 1985 to 1988 and received their HND in Food Technology. Lastly, they attended the University of Lincoln from 1988 to 1990, earning a BSc hons (1st class) degree in Food Technology.
