Eugenie Cyr

Eugenie Cyr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in immigration and refugee policy. Currently serving as the Country of Origin Research Manager at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since December 2020, Eugenie previously held various roles at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada from May 2012 to December 2020, including Senior Policy Advisor, Policy Advisor, and Project Officer. Additionally, Eugenie worked as a Customer Service Representative for the City of Ottawa from January 2010 to December 2014. Eugenie holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a Minor in Social Work from the University of Ottawa, completed in 2015.
