Kenzi Tedeschi

Kenzi Tedeschi is an experienced professional in human resources and donor relations, currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at Iterative Health since February 2022. In this role, Kenzi manages the HRIS system, oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensures compliance with HR documentation. Previously, Kenzi was a People Coordinator at Iterative Health, where significant accomplishments included successfully implementing a new HRIS and enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees. Prior to that, Kenzi worked at Boston Children's Hospital from 2013 to March 2022, progressing through roles including Donor Relations Officer, Donor Relations Coordinator, and Development Associate, Leadership Gifts, where responsibilities involved managing donor recognition programs and generating significant revenue through event coordination. Kenzi holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Connecticut in Human Development and Family Studies, and Communication Sciences.
