Mohamed Ata's work experience starts in 2014 at IXOLIT Group, where they worked as an Affiliate Manager and Fraud Prevention specialist until March 2016. Mohamed then transitioned to the role of Customer Care Specialist until July 2019.
In July 2019, Mohamed joined IXOPAY as a Customer Success Manager and worked in that role until December 2021. Mohamed was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in January 2022 and held that position until December 2022.
Finally, in January 2023, Mohamed became the Vice President of Customer Success at IXOPAY. In this role, they are responsible for leading the customer success team and developing and executing a customer success strategy to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Mohamed also manages a team of customer success managers.
Mohamed Ata obtained their High School Diploma from High School Rainergasse in Vienna between 2004 and 2009. Mohamed then pursued higher education at the School for higher technical education in Vienna, earning an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from 2009 to 2015.
