Rajiv C. Lochan

Rajiv C. Lochan has been working in the corporate world since 2012. Rajiv C. began their career as a Trustee at IKP Trust, and then in 2014 they were appointed as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at The Hindu Group. In 2015, they joined IFMR Holdings Private Limited as an Independent Director and also joined Krea University as a Member of the Board of Management. In 2016, they were appointed as an Independent Director at Sundaram Finance, and in 2018 they joined Kaleidofin Private Limited and Northern Arc Capital as an Independent Director. In 2019, they were appointed as an Independent Director at Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd, and in 2020 they were appointed as a Wholetime Director at Sundaram Finance Limited. Since 2021, Rajiv C. Lochan has been serving as the Managing Director & CEO at Sundaram Finance.

Rajiv C. Lochan began their educational journey in 1989, graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 1993 with a BTech in Civil Engg. Rajiv C. then moved to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned an SM in Transportation and Ops Research in 1995. Finally, Rajiv C. Lochan completed an MBA in Finance and Strategy at Columbia Business School in 2001.
