Fabio Lucente

Fabio Lucente is an experienced quality management professional currently holding the position of Quality Manager at Joyson Safety Systems since August 2013. In this role, Fabio oversees the Quality Department, which includes approximately 25 personnel, managing various activities such as line inspection, incoming acceptance, supplier management, customer relations, process quality management, and laboratory quality functions. Fabio ensures adherence to quality standards aligned with World Class Manufacturing, the Toyota Production System, and Lean Manufacturing principles, while also managing key performance indicators and overseeing the department's budget. Additionally, Fabio serves as the Quality Process Team Leader at Key Safety Systems since July 2003, where responsibilities include quality control of production processes, acceptance testing of incoming materials, and laboratory testing of finished airbags and inflators. Fabio holds a degree in Statistics and Economics from Universita La Sapienza di Roma.
