Andy Lawson

Andy Lawson is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as Lead Therapist at New Hope Healthcare Institute since May 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating care for patients, leading therapeutic groups, and providing acute crisis intervention. With extensive experience in educational settings, Lawson has also excelled as a Restorative Liaison at Knox County Schools since September 2019, supervising over 50 employees and facilitating the implementation of restorative practices to foster cultural change and reduce discipline disparities.
