Shoaib Shaikh began their work experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Kohinoor Cattle Feed in 2018. Shoaib started this venture after completing their MBA and gained valuable experience in running a cattle feed manufacturing unit. Despite facing numerous challenges, Shoaib's determination and passion for business never wavered. In 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Kohinoor Global Exports.

Shoaib Shaikh pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bharati Vidyapeeth from 2013 to 2015. Shoaib specialized in International Business, Trade, and Commerce during their studies.
