Meagan Vaughn

Meagan Vaughn, PhD, RAC, is an experienced clinical research professional currently serving as the Associate Clinical Director and formerly as Senior Clinical Scientist at Krystal Biotech, Inc. Since February 2022, Meagan has been involved in clinical research and regulatory activities throughout the drug development process. Prior to this role, Meagan held positions including Principal Clinical Scientist and Senior Clinical Scientist at Translate Bio, and Senior Clinical Research Scientist at Rho. Academic experience includes a postdoctoral research position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Meagan prepared grant proposals and conducted data analysis on tick-borne pathogens. Meagan's educational background includes a PhD in Epidemiology and a Certificate in Field Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.S. in Microbiology, and a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maine.
