Alex Medina possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various leadership positions over two decades. Most recently, Alex served as Vice President of Operations and Corporate Chef at V&E Hospitality Group from November 2020 to October 2023. Prior to this, Alex was a Regional Chef at FoodFirst Global Restaurants and held the title of Corporate Executive Chef/General Manager at Brio Tuscan Grille. Additional roles included Culinary and Service Manager at The Olive Garden, Assistant General Manager at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, and Executive Chef/Assistant Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill. Alex's educational background includes a Hospitality Leadership Development Program from FIU and completion of the Leadership Essentials Program from Florida International University.
