Chris Benedict

Chris Benedict has extensive experience in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology since 2001, after previously holding positions as an Assistant Professor and Research Scientist at the same institute. Prior to that role, Chris Benedict completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship under Dr. Carl F at the La Jolla Institute from 1997 to 2000. Chris Benedict earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California (1992 - 1997) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota (1988 - 1992).
