Jan de Vera has a strong background in technical support and application support. They started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2013 as a Level 3 Applications Support/Developer, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Medallia as a Technical Support Advocate, providing support until 2021. Currently, Jan is working at Lattice as a Technical Support Engineer.
Jan de Vera obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas from 2007 to 2012. In addition, Jan also received certifications including ITIL V3 Intermediate - Planning, Protection and Optimization from ACQUIROS, Inc. in April 2016, ITIL V3 Intermediate - Operational Support and Analysis from ACQUIROS, Inc. in September 2015, and ITIL V3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2014.
