Chris Brewster

Chris Brewster is a Principal Attorney at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, where since May 2006, representation has focused on cities and political subdivisions in electric industry matters, including engagements with the Public Utility Commission of Texas and various ERCOT subcommittees. Prior to this role, Chris served as the Lead Electric Policy Analyst at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from 2003 to 2006, providing briefings to Commissioners and drafting orders in contested cases. Earlier experience includes a position as Contracts Manager at Honeywell, where contract negotiations and dispute management were key responsibilities. Chris holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston.
