Eugene Kim

Eugene Kim is General Counsel for MatrixCare and Brightree and is responsible for providing strategic advice and counsel on all ongoing activities related to MatrixCare’s legal affairs and ResMed SaaS. Eugene has a distinguished legal counsel background and has spent nearly two decades advising companies and helping business leaders navigate complex legal issues.

He joins us from Open Text Inc., a global ECM and EDI software company, where he led teams supporting Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and the Engineering business units. He also served as Partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP where he focused on patent and trademark litigation. Prior to his time at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, Eugene held in-house counsel roles at GEICO and InPhonic, Inc.

Eugene earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington.
