Fiona Hart

Fiona Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and digital strategy across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Integrated Client Lead at Merkle since September 2024, Fiona previously held multiple leadership roles at Hero Digital, including VP, Client Partner, and Senior Director of Client Services. Fiona's career also includes significant positions at The NRMA, where responsibilities encompassed digital channel oversight and the introduction of digital products. At ArdentDigital, Fiona directed client services and managed key accounts, earning the Employee of the Year award for 2012-2013. Fiona's earlier experience includes tenures at M&C Saatchi Australia, CACI Digital, Monitor Media, Siemens, and BBC Technology, where expertise ranged from digital marketing to project management and software development. Fiona holds an MSc in IT (Software & Systems) and degrees in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow, complemented by an exchange year in Theatre Stage Management at UC San Diego.
