Jennifer Ericson

Jennifer Ericson has over 20 years of work experience. Jennifer started their career as an Operations Director at Mesaba Bancshares, Inc. in 1997 and held this role until 2002. Jennifer then joined Target and worked as an Operational Level Agreement (OLA) Analyst from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Procurement Specialist- Contractor Procurement at Target. Jennifer then became a Senior Procurement Specialist at Target from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, they joined Medica as a Senior Procurement Consultant and stayed with the company until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Jennifer worked at Cargill as an IT Sourcing Manager, responsible for developing services and software sourcing strategies. Jennifer then became a Global Relationship Manager & Team Manager at Cargill from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Jennifer joined Datasite as a Snr Director Global Sourcing. Jennifer held this position until 2021. In 2020, they were also promoted to Vice President Of Global Sourcing & Facilities VM at Datasite.

Jennifer Ericson's education history includes several notable experiences. From 1990 to 1995, they attended the University of Minnesota, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their chosen fields of study were Spanish and International Relations. Additionally, from 1992 to 1993, Jennifer participated in a study abroad program at the Universidad de Valladolid, focusing on Spanish, History, and Economics. More recently, they completed a program at the Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, specializing in Leadership & Strategic Impact. It is important to note that their tenure at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth is ongoing as of 2021.
