Ryan O'Boyle

Ryan O'Boyle has a strong background in manufacturing and operations. Ryan started working at MetalTek International in 2010 as a Die Services Supervisor, a role they held until 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they focused on manufacturing planning, process development, troubleshooting, and cost reduction. Later that year, they took on the role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing a group responsible for producing accurate and timely manufacturing work instructions. Ryan actively participated in cost savings and continuous improvement activities. Ryan's most recent position at MetalTek International is Director of Operations, which they have held since May 2019.
