Imma Lugtu

Imma Lugtu, MHA, MBA, LSSBB, currently serves as Senior Project Leader in Performance Improvement at Methodist Health System, with responsibilities including coordination of the Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsult and overseeing the 2022 Silver Fellowship program. As President Elect of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives DFW, Imma created and published "La Mesa Emerging Leader" magazine and co-chairs the Education Committee. Previous experience includes roles at UT Southwestern Medical Center, CareSignal®, The Delta Companies, and Medical City Healthcare, focusing on patient engagement, credentialing, and operational improvement. Imma holds both an MBA and an MHA from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
