Alan Harris

Alan Harris has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a General Manager at Residence Inn By Marriott in 2005. Alan then moved on to become a General Manager at Towneplace Suites by Marriott and later at Courtyard By Marriott-CSM Lodging. In their role as General Manager, they successfully managed hotel operations, achieved high guest satisfaction scores, and improved overall job satisfaction.

In 2014, Alan transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Temple Israel of West Bloomfield, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large reform congregation. Alan managed a team of directors, staff members, teachers, and volunteers, along with budgeting and forecasting a $9 million annual budget.

Currently, Alan is working as a Vice President of Operations at NTM National Technology Management and will soon take on the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Alan Harris attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business.
