Garikai Nemakonde

Garikai Nemakonde is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Key Account Manager at NetOne Cellular Private Limited since April 2020. Previously, Garikai worked in customer services at Net One, where responsibilities included contact center management and service delivery. Garikai's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Zimbabwe, earned from 2007 to 2010, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from IMM GSM (2005-2007) and a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Zimbabwe (2000-2004).
