Michael Esser MS CSM is a seasoned business leader and technology professional with extensive experience in information systems and product management. Currently serving as Director of MIS and Integrations at North American Cable Equipment Inc. since April 2015, Michael oversees the architecture and migration to a SAGE ERP implementation while also acting as a SQL Server DBA/Developer. Previous roles include Business Integration Manager at NACE and several senior product management positions at Fiserv. Michael's career began as a Sr Programmer Analyst at ICT Group and a Database Developer at EPX, showcasing a strong foundation in programming and database management. Michael holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with multiple certifications in project management, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
