Bryon Nguyen holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of the Cumberlands, specializing in Business and Technology. Bryon also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Management and Finance from the same university. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Delgado Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate degree in Business and Management.

Bryon received the Certification Prep: SHRM-CP from LinkedIn in May 2022 and completed the Customer Success Management Fundamentals course from the same institution in the same month and year. In May 2021, they completed the Operational Excellence Foundations and Six Sigma Foundations courses, also from LinkedIn. In August 2020, they obtained the CPLM certification from TRSA | Association for Linen, Uniform and Facility Services Industry.
