André Custódio

André Custódio is an accomplished optical engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently serving as an Optical AIT Engineer at OHB System AG since September 2018, André specializes in the assembly, integration, and testing of optical flight instruments, focusing on the development of alignment and test concepts. Prior to this role, André worked at LusoSpace Lda as an Optical Engineer, where responsibilities included designing and developing optical imaging systems and conducting research and development for aerospace optical systems. André also gained valuable experience at Aspöck System Portugal as an Optical Engineer, concentrating on optical design and research in automotive optics, and completed an internship at Exporlux as an Optical Engineer. André holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Physics from Universidade de Aveiro.
