Chloé Taleux has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Chloé currently works at Opendatasoft as a Customer Success Team Leader in the Private Sector, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Opendatasoft from August 2021 to September 2022. In 2020, they worked at Augure as a Customer Success Consultant from December 2020 to April 2021. From 2009 to 2019, they held various roles at Launchmetrics, including Customer Success Director France & Belgium, Customer Success - Team Leader, Adoption & Customer Care Manager, Responsable Marketing Opérationnel, and Formatrice. Before that, they worked at P4PR as an Attachée de Presse from September 2007 to March 2009, and at Bureau de presse Catherine Miran as a Responsable Shopping from March 2005 to July 2007.

Chloé Taleux began their education in 1993 at Institution Notre-Dame des Dunes, where they completed their Baccalauréat degree in the year 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Chloé attended Lycée Jean Bart in Dunkerque, where they pursued Classe Préparatoire aux grandes écoles / HEC. Following this, they enrolled at Groupe Sup de Co Amiens Picardie from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication.
