Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Creating captivating content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Editing photos and video for content generation

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent posting schedule for active engagement

  • Monitoring and responding to comments and messages with a friendly and informative brand voice

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media strategies with company goals

  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and voice

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining WordPress website and creating landing pages with tools such as Unbounce
  • Writing and posting blog content
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all phone and digital inquiries
  • Occasional administrative support when needed
  • Recording and organizing client interactions
  • Assisting in the coordination of company events
  • Managing the photo/video asset library

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field is a plus

  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media

  • Experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools like Metricool or Hootsuite

  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar editing software

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Illustrator and Premiere Pro

  • Experience in crafting blog posts and maintaining websites using WordPress
