Maggie Brust

Maggie Brust is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent management, organizational transformation, and employee relations in diverse settings. Currently serving as the Talent Management and DEI Director at PepsiCo, Maggie leads initiatives across the UK and Ireland, focusing on people strategy and developmental practices. Previous roles include Human Resources Director positions overseeing HR transformation and sales teams, and extensive experience in various HR capacities at Frito-Lay, managing all aspects of staffing, performance development, and employee relations. Maggie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
