Morgan Spade

Morgan Spade's work experience includes roles at various companies. They started their career as a Purchasing Assistant at MIZA Pharmaceuticals in 2000 and worked there until 2002. They then joined the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Agency as a Program Support Assistant from 2003 to 2005. After that, they worked at the Reinvestment Fund, starting as an Associate in 2005 and eventually becoming the Director of Communications and Engagement in January 2022. At the Reinvestment Fund, they were responsible for leading internal communications strategies, overseeing digital communications, and implementing practices to advance racial equity and inclusion. In 2012, they also held the position of Marketing Manager, Communication & Investor Development at the Reinvestment Fund. In addition to their corporate experience, Morgan Spade worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University starting in 2007. They also had a role as an Executive Producer, Publicist & Webmaster, and Grip at No Smile For Frank Productions from 2013 onwards.

Morgan Spade has a Master's degree in Public Relations from Rowan University. They also have a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Morgan obtained a "Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate" from Rowan University Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in October 2022. They completed the "Fox/Reinvestment Fund: Leadership Development Program" at Temple University in April 2022. Morgan also obtained certifications in "Online Teaching Basics 1&2" from Rowan University in August 2020, "Developing a Style Guide" from lynda.com in September 2014, and "Foundations of Video: Interviews" from lynda.com in January 2014.
